Before you place the order

Six questions worth asking.

01Will the chairs actually fit?Measure the whole chair, not just the seat.

Check overall width and depth against your tables. Allow for occupied chairs, pulling them out and the routes people need to use. A sample chair and a real table tell you more than a seat-width number.

Check the dimensions
02How many should you order?Plan the event layouts you will really use.

Map your room with its exits, service areas and different event formats. Separate the chairs you need on the floor from any extra stock you want for replacements or busy dates.

Work out your chair count

03Can your team store them?Check the stack, the cart and the route.

Ask for the specific model’s recommended stack height, stacked dimensions, weight and compatible carts. Measure doorways and the route to storage as well as the storage area itself. Do not assume every chair stacks the same way.

04Is the finish right for daily use?See samples. Check how they clean.

Review actual frame and upholstery samples in your venue’s lighting. Confirm the options available for your chosen chair, the cleaning instructions, and compatibility with the cleaning products your team uses.

05What is the delivered cost?Compare more than the price per chair.

Ask for an itemized quote covering the chair, selected finishes, freight, unloading, carts and any other project charges. Use the same specification and delivery requirements when comparing quotes.

06Will they be ready in time?Work back from your first booked event.

Confirm current production timing, delivery arrangements, inspection procedures and warranty terms. Ask how future replacements are ordered and whether matching finishes are expected to remain available. Get the details in writing.
