Privacy

When you contact us

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss your furniture project. The form asks for your name, email and message. Business name, phone, location, quantity, timing and model choice are optional.

Inquiries are sent through Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider. The information you choose to submit is transmitted to that service for delivery. You can review Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its processing details.

Your room plan

The planner runs in your browser. It does not require an account. A share link includes the room dimensions and layout, so anyone with that link can open the plan. Avoid putting private information in a plan.

If you request a quote from the planner, a text summary is temporarily stored in your browser tab’s session storage. You can review it and untick “Include my room plan” before sending. The summary is cleared after a successful inquiry. Printing and emailing a plan use your browser’s print dialog and your email application.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website use, such as pages visited and successful inquiry events. The form’s name, email, phone and message are not included in the analytics events we send. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers.
